Dwight Esnard
MHRE Founder & CEO
Mr. Esnard began his career with garage doors in 1991 while attending Chapman University. With a $500 loan from his father, he started selling doors at local Orange County swap meets. From selling two doors during his first week, he has grown his business into the largest garage door sales and service organization in the most populous county in the United States. It is estimated that Mr. Esnard and his Company have sold garage doors into nearly 10% of all the residential dwellings in Los Angeles County. Mr. Esnard credits much of his success in Mesa’s formative years to his early understanding that in his business, there are strong ROIs to be gained by spending on marketing. This philosophy has been carried on as Mesa has grown, with Dwight as the spokesman for the Company being seen and heard widely throughout Southern California in print, TV, radio, and PPC advertising.
Michael Layman
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Layman is MHRE's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Layman is responsible for strategically planning and implementing Mesa’s vision, goals, and objectives. In addition, he is the primary executive in charge of monitoring the corporation’s key performance indicators. Mr. Layman brings a depth of executive experience to Mesa and specific expertise in finance and general and tax-related accounting. After receiving his Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University Long Beach, he worked at both large accounting firms (Deloitte) and smaller firms as an associate and as an entrepreneur operating his own accounting firm. Mr. Layman is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Advisor in the State of California.
