Mesa Home Resources Announces Successful Spinoff of Fortune Nickel and Gold Inc.

Here to Serve Holding Corp. Completes Company Name Change to Mesa Home Resources, Inc., Under the New Trading Symbol "MHRE"
Effective February 5, 2024. the Company will be officially known as Mesa Home Resources, Inc., and its new trading symbol will be MHRE.
Founded over 30 years ago, Mesa is the clear Southern California leader in the otherwise highly fragmented business of sales, installation, and service for garage doors. Over these 30 years, Mesa has serviced over five hundred thousand customers utilizing its own staff of installers, technicians, and repair employees. While no industry statistics are tracked concerning the subsector relating to garage doors, the Company believes it is the single largest garage door specialty company in the United States.
While Mesa’s corporate name certainly implies garage doors, the Company has expanded over the years to include other related installations and services for entry doors, custom wood gates, and garage door openers and is planning additional expansion over the coming months.

With over 8 million cars registered and a rudimentary public transportation system, the Los Angeles metropolitan area is often called the land of the automobile. And, thus it is also the land of the garage. There are at least 5 million housing units in Los Angeles and Orange counties. It is estimated that approximately 45% of these units are
single-family homes, with most of these having a garage.
In the other major Southern California counties of Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego, there are approximately 5.9 million additional housing units, of which 2.7 million are single-family houses. Many of these housing units are quite old, with Los Angeles County having more than
85% of housing units completed prior to 2020, with more than 50% of those constructed before 1970.
Thus, we estimate there are about 5 million residential garages in Southern California with a garage door installed before 2000. Even though there have likely been many replacements, there are arguably millions of obsolete or aging garage doors within a 100-mile radius of Southern California’s leading marketer, installer, and servicer of garage doors,
